    Intro to mount position

  • Adult/Teen No Gi (All levels)

    Morning class: 6:00-6:45 am

    Evening class: 6:30-7:30 pm

    Mount: hip press / escape to single leg x

  • Adult/Teen (Gi) Intermediate 6:00-7:15 pm

    Single leg X: sweeps

  • No open mat this week

  • 9:30-10:15 am Kids Class (Gi) (all levels)

    10:30-11:30 am Adult/Teen (Gi) (all levels)
