Thursday 5/21: kids 3-5 (intro to jiu jitsu) Adults (half guard: forcing half guard/ beating knee shield)
Friday 5/22: open mat
Saturday 5/23: kids (knee on belly to armbar) ; adult/teen (half guard: forcing half guard/beating knee shield)
